Manitoba Moose sign Jets 2018 5th rounder Declan Chisholm to ATO

The Moose are set to announce that they have signed Jets 2018 5th rounder Declan Chisholm to an ATO.  The left shooting D man has spent the past three seasons with the Peterborough Petes in the OHL.
