Manitoba Moose sign former Lightning prospect Jaydon Dureau to a one-year deal

The Moose are adding some more prairie to the mix as the team is set to announce they’ve signed Jaydon Dureau to a one-year AHL deal. Dureau is from White City, Saskatchewan. He’s a left shot winger.

He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 5th round of the 2020 draft. He played junior in Portland for the Winterhawks and signed his first pro deal (a three-year ELC) with TB back in May of 2021. The deal expired after last season.

Dureau spent time in both the AHL (Syracuse) and ECHL (Orlando) since he became a pro.
