The Moose only had one day of practice following their disappointing weekend set with the Griffins before they conclude their four-game homestand with a two game set against the Wolves of Chicago which starts this evening.
Morning skate news:
Good sign is Jets prospect Brad Lambert ditched the non-contact uniform for a regular jersey although it was an optional morning skate so it doesn’t necessarily mean he is playing tonight. I suspect the coaching staff will want to see how he is feeling before they decide if he’s ready to return. He missed the last two games after being on the receiving end of this big hit in Laval ten days ago.
Despite Thomas Milic joining the Moose on the ice today after being recalled on Monday it appears Collin Delia will get the start tonight as he was the first goalie off the ice. Given Milic hasn’t practiced at this level since mid November suspect team wanted him to get in some time before getting him into a game. He could play tomorrow in the re-match.

Video Description:
With the Detroit Lions heading to the Conference Championship we asked Michigan product Wyatt Bongiovanni what he’s feeling as a fan, what it’s like to be a pro athlete in one sport but a fan in another and then focussed on his return to the lineup from injury as well as the Manitoba Moose trying to get out of their slump. Runs until 2:40
We also spoke with Jets prospect Daniel Torgersson (2020 2nd) about his game, helping the Moose break out of this slump, chance to get into a game quickly after a disappointing weekend and more. Runs from 2:41 until the end.
