The Moose were back in Winnipeg following a four game road trip and hit the ice today at the MTS Centre as they get ready to face the Iowa Wild on Tuesday and Wednesday.

With the decrease in manpower coach Vincent wasn’t really rolling line drills during today’s skate.

Scott Kosmachuk and Anthony Peluso both weren’t on the ice for Manitoba.  Following skate coach Vincent indicated that Kosmachuk had suffered a lower-body injury on Friday against Tucson but it didn’t sound too bad and I would guess we see him back for the game against Iowa.

Many of our chats today with Moose players focused on the awful medical incident that occurred to Roadrunners captain Craig Cunningham on Saturday night.  However, we did speak about the road trip in general, Eric Comrie’s new pink helmet/movember mustache and Darren Kramer notching his first goal of the season.

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
