The Moose are coming off a very good weekend which saw them sweep their division rival IceHogs right back to Rockford with a win on Friday night and then on Sunday afternoon. They’ve now won three straight games. They were off on Monday.

Skate news:

Winger Nikita Chibrikov (who missed last game due to illness) was back on the ice with his teammates this morning. Everyone else present and accounted for although Kyle Capobianco did leave midway through practice.

Health update:

According to head coach Mark Morrison defenceman Kyle Capobianco:

“It’s just maintenance. He’s got some hip issue there that flares up sometimes and it’s just maintenance. Hopefully he’s good to go for tomorrow.”

He’s been the most productive blueliner for the Moose sitting second overall in points with 4G 12A for 16 points in 17 games.
