Manitoba Moose injury updates on Logan Stanley and Sami Niku

Logan Stanley wasn’t skating today at the IcePlex according to Moose reporter Austin Siragusa and Sami Niku was also missing.

Following practice Austin confirmed that Stanley is dealing with an upper-body injury while Niku continues to deal with the lower-body injury which kept him out of the game on Saturday against the Marlies and which we detailed here.

It would seem unlikely that Niku will play Friday against Iowa if he doesn’t get into practice tomorrow.  We will have to wait and see.  The Moose are scheduled to practice at the IcePlex tomorrow at 11:00 AM.
