Another player who wore the Manitoba Moose logo this past season is heading overseas as defenceman Charles-David Beaudoin has signed to play in Austria with the Black Wings of the Austrian Hockey League.

After five seasons in the QMJHL Beaudoin spent two years playing university hockey at Quebec Trois Rivieres before his first season as a pro with the Tulsa Oilers (ECHL) and Binghamton Senators (AHL). Beaudoin joined the Moose on a professional tryout offer back in October of 2017 in his second year as a pro and spent parts of three seasons here in Winnipeg playing for the Jets AHL affiliate.

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
