Manitoba Moose assign Jake Baker to the ECHL Everblades

He has only played 10 games with the Moose this season and today defenceman Jake Baker was sent to the ECHL after Manitoba assigned him to the Florida Everblades.  He has already been sent down once this season when the Moose sent him to the Quad City Mallards for three games.  In 10 games with the Moose he has one assist.

This move leaves Manitoba with just six defencemen which means we are likely to see some corresponding move to bolster the Moose D group.
