Los Angeles Acquires Denis Gauthier

James Mirtle is reporting that the Los Angeles Kings have acquired defenseman Denis Gauthier from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for two prospects. Details to follow.

It seems Los Angeles is really trying to shore up that shaky defense. With a bunch on incoming puck movers, the additions of Gauthier and Matt Greene will make the Kings a much nastier team to play against.
