That lower-level player we talked about is forward Adam Hall, formerly of the
Penguins, three-years at $600,000 a year.

Hall is a big, slow-skating winger, who has a big shot and is strong on the boards. I don’t fully understand why they would give Adam Hall the security of a three year deal. This roster spot should probably be given to a younger player in the system.
