A Canadian judge has removed some conditions of David Frost‘s bail and allowing him to travel to the United States, where he apparently intends to check in on Adam Keefe at Coyotes camp.

Keefe’s brother, Sheldon, formerly was represented by Frost, who resigned his position as a certified agent of the NHL Players’ Association in 2005. According to the NHLPA, Keefe has no agent of record.

But Maloney doesn’t plan on sitting by to find out what Frost’s intentions may be.

“If young Keefe is in any way associated with Frost, he will not be coming to our camp,” Maloney said. “He’s a player targeted to play in San Antonio (American Hockey League). He played there last season and we had no problems with him and had no association with David Frost. We liked Keefe in San Antonio and certainly Frost was nowhere to be found, but we don’t want (Frost) at our camp and we don’t want him around our San Antonio team, either.

Very interesting case here. I am not sure why the judge would release the conditions. Frost is bad news and should just stay away from hockey.
