National Post:  Michael Ryder, Canadiens stay hot handing Jets fifth straight loss.

NHL.com: Ryder’s pair leads Canadiens past reeling Jets.

Winnipeg Jets:  Not your Budaj.

Montreal Gazette:  Canadiens bounce back as Ryder scores twice.

Coach Noel post-game

– Our team game needs to be better. We didn’t score on power play and gave up 2 on the pk.

– (on falling to 10th): I don’t think you can expect to lose 5 straight games and expect things aren’t going to change

– (on Buff): I didn’t think he was very effective up front. We moved him out back but that went the way it went

– (on Buff) This isn’t the first time that they have put a puck at the net and he is standing beside the guy without taking stick, so after awhile you just can’t continue down that road. If you’re not going to make changes, don’t play!
