Injury Update: Winnipeg Jets activate Mathieu Perreault off injured reserve

The Jets have been without the services of the veteran centre/winger since a January 23rd slash by Corey Perry when the Ducks were visiting Winnipeg.  Today the team announced that Mathieu Perreault had been activated off injured reserve and will be back in the lineup.  Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reported that Perreault will centre the line of Nic Petan and Chris Thorburn.

The Jets have an open spot in their roster so they didn’t need to send anyone down.  Brandon Tanev comes out of the lineup.
