He missed nine games due to an upper body injury having last played February 3rd against Colorado. While there was some thought he would be ready for tonight’s game coach Maurice wanted to get him another couple of days of practice on the other side of this game before potentially inserting him back into the lineup.
The Jets have announced that he has been activated off injured reserve.
In 49 games for the Jets this season he has four goals and eight assists.
