Injury Update: Marko Dano out anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks

Coach Maurice wasn’t optimistic when the injury first occurred to Marko Dano and that skepticism was proven accurate as he informed media following skate at MTS Centre today that “It’s not good.  We’re looking at, I’m going to say eight weeks.”

The bench boss spoke about why they leave a big window (listen to the audio below)

“..history would tell us we’re six to eight to nine weeks.  I know that’s a big window but he’s out for awhile”.

When asked if Dano had broken his leg coach Maurice indicated he had not.
