Some news and notes from the Blogs today:

• The Hockey News:  Top 10 Roenick quotes.  Love him or hate him, he sure said some memorable things.
• T.O. Sports:  Where can the Leafs find a talented forward and should they?  If you are a Leafs fan and have waited this long, what are a few more years?  I’d give Brian Burke the leeway he needs to build the Leafs a contender instead of rushing out to make a deal. 
• USA Today:  Pro leagues, NCAA file notice to halt Delaware sports betting.  Time for the appeals. 
• Snapshots:  Red Wings forward Tomas Holmstrom tries on Toronto, Vancouver, and Tampa Bay jerseys…at his hockey camp in Pitea.  I’m not sure how many more years he would last past next anyways.  He wasn’t looking his best these past playoffs.
• The Sault Star:  NHLers test survivor skills in the wilds near Hornepayne.  I love this show.  Would be interesting to see how hockey players handle a few days in the wilderness.
• The World of Junior Hockey:  North American Prospect Hockey League is launched.
