Game 82: Jets 4 Coyotes 2 post-game recap

With a win in Arizona to complete the 2018-19 regular season the Jets finish with 99 points (47-30-5) and will host the St. Louis Blues to kick off the First Round. The Jets went 3-1 in the season series against the Blues (although that was a very different team).

Notable:

Mark Scheifele set a career high in goals with his 38th of the season in the 1st period and he also set a career high in points with 83.

Blake Wheeler’s assist helped him match his career high in points with 91.

Kyle Connor had a goal & assist which helped him finish with a career high in goals (34), assists (32) and points (66).

Jacob Trouba’s goal got him to 50 points (8G 42A) on the season (career high).

Par Lindholm picked up an assist which is his first point as a member of the Jets.
