The Jets are now 47-19-10 as they end this six-game homestand with a 5-4 shootout win over the Bruins.

– It was ruled a goal so it was a 3-2 game plus it meant Jets took a penalty giving Bs a 5 on 3;
– Bruins tied it up during the major penalty to Morrissey;
– Of course they weren’t anticipating that it was gonna be the Brandon Tanev show;
– Coming into tnt he had 6 goals in 109 games but he got his third of the night shorthanded to make it 4-3
– Bruins tied it up 4-4 with their third power play goal of the night.
– Excitement to the end but for fourth straight game headed to OT.
OT:
– Really exciting extra frame but again neither side could get it done;
– Best chance was Brad Marchand stealing a puck with 7.2 seconds left but Hellebuyck made the save.
