Game 6: Oilers 5 Jets 4 in OT post-game recap

The Jets and Oilers somehow needed more than 60 minutes after the Jets blew a 4-1 lead after 40 minutes to lose in OT courtesy of a goal by Nurse.  Connor McDavid was the story in this one as he was involved in the all the regulation goals by Edmonton.  The Jets needed to lock it down in the final frame and did not.  As a result they are now 3-2-1 on the season.

For those who would like to take a deeper dive into the advanced stats here are the results from tonight’s game via Natural Stat Trick.

Notable:

– Adam Lowry scored two goals in the 1st (has 3 on the season)
