The Jets left New Jersey with a clean two points and are on Long Island to take on the Islanders for the first time ever at UBS Arena. The Jets have now won two straight and will be looking for a third straight victory as points remain at a premium for Winnipeg.
The only expected lineup change is Connor Hellebuyck getting back into the net. Only other guys available are Ville Heinola and Adam Brooks although neither is expected to play.
The Islanders are coming off a 6-0 win at home last night over the Blue Jackets. They are 22-24-8 this season and have gone 12-12-4 at home.
