Notable:
Paul Stastny scored his 12th goal of the season tonight for the Jets in his 41st game. He had 17 in 71 games for Vegas last season and 13 in 50 for the Golden Knights in 2018-19. Nice little goal surge for him this season back with Winnipeg.
The assist on Derek Forbot’s goal was Josh Morrissey‘s 100th of his NHL career. Morrissey also had his first ever NHL fight. The last time 44 dropped the gloves and tossed em was back in 2016 when he was in the AHL playing for Manitoba and he had a tilt with Anthony Mantha.
Andrew Copp tied his career high for assists (19) that he set in 2017-18 and did it in 41 fewer games.
Connor Hellebuyck picked up his 22nd career shutout in the win. It was his 20th win of the season.
Multi-point game:

Nikolaj Ehlers 1G 1A
