The Jets fall 5-3 to the defending Stanley Cup champion Golden Knights. They are now 1-3-0 on the season.

Notable:

I am pretty confident in saying Alex Iafallo has the best goal song on the Jets. And given he’s on pace for 60 goals this season (his career high is 17) ya’ll better get ready for some late 80s hair metal.

Today the Jets were chatting GST line. Coincidentally there is a 19 (Gustafsson) and 15 (Kupari) currently playing on the 4th line. I’m not trying to force Mason Appleton to the 4th but they do need a 22 to complete the throwback to Glass (15), Slater (19) & Thorburn (22).
