Notable:
Even before the game began there was uncertainty surrounding the team with the news that there were some game-time decisions. One player who wasn’t game-time was Nikolaj Ehlers who was ruled out at 6:30 PM when assistant coach Brad Lauer spoke. Dylan Samberg was the player who was unable to play tonight which saw Logan Stanley replace him and speculation was that Josh Morrissey may have been banged up, which is why Kyle Capobianco took warm up, but ultimately 44 played.
The 1st period was one that the Jets would want to flush down the toilet. They didn’t play well collectively and the Golden Knights made them pay for their mistakes.
Pierre-Luc Dubois scored his first goal of the season.
They wanted more offence from the defence and three goals from Neal Pionk in two games would qualify.
