The Jets are in the Show-Me State of Missouri to take on the defending Stanley Cup champion Blues this afternoon in the conclusion of the home and home series between the Central division rivals. While the Blues have been very good in St. Louis (they have the fifth best record at home having gone 12-4-3 at Enterprise Center) the Jets have been fantastic in afternoon games going a perfect 6-0-0 this season

Audio:
This is from yesterday’s practice but with no availability you can hear what coach Maurice spoke about ahead of today’s game.
Coach Maurice: Update on Mathieu Perreault. Would he automatically slide back into the 3rd line? Play of Connor Hellebuyck of late. First game after the break. Comrie put on waivers. Anything catch his attention about the Blues? Kyle Connor playing big minutes. Need to improve the penalty kill. What has he liked about the 3rd line? Being mindful of Hellebuyck’s workload. Giving up quality chances and whether it is becoming a dangerous trend. Forechecking.
