Game 29: Jets vs. Flyers pre-game report

The Jets returned Cam Schilling to the Moose on Saturday which is a good indicator that top pairing D man Josh Morrissey is ready to return to the lineup after missing the last few games for Winnipeg.  The Flyers beats the Sabres 6-2 on Saturday in Buffalo which included four 3rd period goals and are on a 2-0-1 run.

Standings:

The Jets are 17-9-2 on the season which remains good enough for 3rd spot in the Central Division.  They are just three points back of 1st place Nashville (with one game in hand) and sit one point up on Dallas who hold the first wild card spot (Wpg has one game in hand).

AM Skate:

No skate.

Pre-game warm up skate:

Josh Morrissey took the pre-game warm up skate with Jacob Trouba so it appears that 44 is back and healthy while Sami Niku, who played five straight for Winnipeg, will take a seat.
