Jets and Blues played a ho-hum contest this evening that didn’t really have much spice to it but the visitors stifled the Jets power play and eked out the 1-0 win dropping Winnipeg’s record to 17-9-2 on the season.

For those who would like to take a deeper dive into the advanced stats here are the results from tonight’s game via Natural Stat Trick.

Game play:

– Snooze fest for the first 40 minutes;
– Alexander Steen opened the scoring for the Blues on the PP;
– Aside from the Jets applying pressure trying to equalize the game not much happened in the final period;
– Blues goalie Jake Allen was very good in net as was Connor Hellebuyck.
