Game 2 of the pre-season: Jets vs. Oilers projected lines

The Jets welcome the Oilers to town for the second pre-season game at Bell MTS Place with a 7 pm puck drop.  Via Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun we get the projected lines and D pairs:

Coach Maurice went with same top six as he used in game one of the pre-season against the Wild, choosing to swap out the bottom six and the only defenceman playing both games will be Dustin Byfuglien.

Steve Mason:  On playing tonight’s game.  Establishing communication between himself and the D, can it be worked on during practice?  Does the first pre-season game with a new team have any more wrinkles than it would normally?  Looking forward to stepping onto the ice wearing a Jets uniform for the first time?

Tyler Myers:  Shaking off some rust/wearing uniform for first time in awhile.  What are his expectations going into tonight’s game?  Has he approached this training camp differently?  With everything he went through on and off the ice, does he have more appreciation for training camp?  On establishing communication with a new goalie.

Dmitry Kulikov:  Ready to go?  What will it be like to get that first game under his belt with the new club?  What is he looking for out of this pre-season game?

Coach Maurice:  Veterans didn’t skate is everyone playing tonight that was scheduled?  On Tyler Myers being back and ready to play.  What will it mean to the team to have a goalie like Steve Mason who plays the puck?  Plan is for Mason to play full 60?  On Sami Niku’s adjustment to the NHL.  What is the benefit of Matt Hendricks?  What can moving to the wing do for Nic Petan’s game?  Evolution of Jack Roslovic’s game from last training camp to the present.  As the roster has gotten deeper how does that change his method of bringing up players like Kyle Connor and Jack Roslovic?
