Both the Jets and Sabres come into tonight’s game having won three straight games. Winnipeg continues their solid play at home having gone 3/3 as they look to go perfect on this four game home stand and are 8-2-1 on home ice (they are 8-1-1 at Bell MTS Place because one of the “home” losses was in Finland) while Buffalo has gone 4-4-1 away from KeyBank Center.
AM skate notes:
In what has become the new normal the Jets are holding an optional morning skate as per Scott Billeck. Niku & Lemiuex did stay on so it looks like the same lineup tonight that we’ve seen the last few games.

Coach Maurice: What was his reaction to the ruling on the Morrissey ruling. How has Jeff Skinner’s game evolved? How have the lineup changes impacted the Sabres the team this season? On the physicality of this Jets team and how much of an emphasis it is. How physicality can impact a game early. Wheeler’s vision being a strength. On Wheeler’s passing.
