Game 13: Winnipeg Jets vs Nashville Predators pre-game report

The Jets returned to Winnipeg this week with two wins out of three games from their most recent road trip which has them sitting in 3rd spot in the Central just one point back of the Stars in 2nd and two points back of the Avalanche in 1st. Tonight’s opponent in the Predators are sitting 7th in the division but they are just four points back of the Jets. Of course this could be an opportunity for Winnipeg to add some more distance between themselves and Nashville or perhaps the visitors will be able to get within two.

Skate news:

No changes other than Laurent Brossoit in net.

Jets projected lines & D pairs:

Connor-Scheifele-Iafallo
Perfetti-Namestnikov-Ehlers
Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton
Barron-Kupari-Gustafsson

Morrissey-DeMelo
Dillon-Pionk
Samberg-Schmidt

Brossoit
Hellebuyck

Betway Odds:

The Jets have finally gotten their goal differential to zero while the Predators are sitting at -2. Nashville has struggled on the road going 2-5-0 while Winnipeg are just 2-2-1 at Canada Life. The home team has won two straight while the visitors sit with a loss in their last contest. The oddsmakers have chose the home side as the favourite in this contest.
