Notable:
It was going to be critical for the Jets to have a good start but instead it was the Flames who controlled the first ten minutes of the game including opening the scoring just 3:23 into the 1st.
But they weathered the storm and got back into the game as the backend continues to contribute with a goal by Neal Pionk off a nifty pass by Josh Morrissey.
Pierre-Luc Dubois going streaking with a goal in four straight games.
Josh Morrissey slipped out of his tie with former D partner Jacob Trouba on the Jets all-time assists list. He is now sitting alone in 8th spot on the list. He also slipped past Trouba in the all-time points list with 180 which puts him 11th overall on the Jets.
Josh Morrissey also has 13 assists in 13 games. His career high is 26 in 2019-20. Quest for 82 in 82 is real.
