Notable:
Opening period was chaotic with neither team really doing much but the Blues second ranked power play gave them a lead after 20 minutes.
Jets came out flying in the middle period, at one point outshooting the Blues 15-3, and which would end with them holding a 17-5 edge.
Defenceman Neal Pionk did quite the spinorama before he scored his second goal of the season which gives him 2G 8A in just 12 games.
With a goal in the 2nd period Kyle Connor is up to 140 in his career which moves him ahead of Andrew Ladd and Nikolaj Ehlers (tied at 139) and he ties Patrik Laine in 6th spot on the all-time franchise goals list.
And with an assist on the Connor goal Jets captain Blake Wheeler hit 700 points with the franchise.
