Former Winnipeg Jets forward Saku Mäenalanen signs PTO with the Colorado Avalanche

The Jets brought defensively responsible forward Saku Mäenalanen back from the Finnish league after he returned to Liiga following his one season in North America during the 2018-19 season with the Carolina Hurricanes organization.

He played in 64 games for Winnipeg scoring four goals and adding six assists during his time where he also spent time as a penalty killer for Rick Bowness squad. He also played five playoff games for the Jets in their first round series with the Golden Knights.

According to CapFriendly he’s signed a PTO with the Colorado Avalanche.
