Former Winnipeg Jets draft pick Jared Moe signs with Idaho Steelheads (also invited to Coyotes training camp)

Just over a month ago the Jets exclusive signing rights expired to former prospect Jared Moe. They had until mid August to sign the 2018 6th rounder.

The netminder had entered the transfer portal in March after two seasons at Wisconsin so he could have played one more season of NCAA but instead he will be turning pro signing a deal with the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL for the upcoming season.

Interestingly he is also listed on the Arizona Coyotes training camp roster.
