From TSN:

Sources tell TSN Marc-Andre Fleury has signed a seven year, $35 million extension.

The deal includes a no-move and limited no-trade clause that triggers in 2010-2011.

Fleury was tremendous in the playoffs, especially in the Stanley Cup Finals. The $5 million per season is about market value, considering Cristobal Huet is now making more than that. Nonetheless, a 7 year deal for a player that the Penguins weren’t even really sold on to begin the season makes me wonder. Fleury, without question, possesses a ton of talent, however, his consistency has been an issue over the past few seasons. If it continues to be a problem, then the Penguins will have to deal with that for a long while.
