From Tom Reed of the Columbus Dispatch:

Jackets’ top pick Nikita Filatov remains in a holding pattern as he waits for the U.S. Consulate in Moscow to process his work visa. Once he gets the document, Filatov is expected to fly to Columbus. The forward could be waiting several more weeks before the requisite paperwork is completed.

It sure is taking a while for Filatov’s paperwork to be completed, but even so, there is no sign that the young Russian forward won’t be ready for training camp come September.
