Ever wondered how Jets centre Mark Scheifele spends a game day?

Ever wondered what the routine of an NHL player is on a game day?  Jets centre Mark Scheifele breaks down his usual away game day routine which includes:

– Waking up and eating breakfast an hour or so before the bus leaves.

– Gets to the rink.  Stretching, tapes his stick.  Has team meeting.  Morning skate.

– Takes a nap. Anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half.

– If it’s a 7 pm game, bus leaves at 4 pm, so he will wake at 3 pm.  Eats and heads to rink.

So there you have how #55 spends his day when the Jets are on the road.  Of course if this question was posed to rookie Patrik Laine the answer would likely involve his Playstation.
