Eric Comrie claimed off waivers by Arizona Coyotes

Goalie Eric Comrie was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2013 NHL Draft and has been with the organization for four seasons since he turned pro in 2015-16.  He was the top goalie in the system although he would likely have been sharing the net with Mikhail Berdin, a Jets 2016 6th rounder who got his first taste of the pro life last season splitting his time between the AHL and ECHL.

Now he is off to play for the Arizona Coyotes as per Elliotte Friedman of Sportnet.

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
