Devils lose Holik for 3-4 weeks, recall Letourneau-Leblond

From nj.com

Short on healthy forwards, the Devils recalled fighting winger Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond from Lowell (AHL) Monday morning under emergency conditions.

Letourneau-Leblond, who had a strong training camp and preseason, joins the club as it awaits word on the medical conditions of Brian Rolston (high ankle sprain) and Bobby Holik (broken right pinkie).

New Jersey’s next game is on Wednesday, October 22nd versus the Dallas Stars and Letourneau-Leblond’s call-up is an obvious statement to Sean Avery and the rest of the Dallas Stars. Let’s get ready to rumble!
