The New York Rangers have agreed to terms with restricted free agent forward Dan Fritsche.

Fritsche, 23, appeared in 69 games with the Columbus Blue Jackets this season, registering 10 goals and 12 assists for 22 points, along with 22 penalty minutes.

No surprise that these two sides didn’t reach arbitration, as that would have been quite a way to start a relationship. That would be the same thing as bad-talking your two-week old girlfriend to her face and then expecting her to want see you again after.
