Could Campbell end up in Chi-town?

Someone I spoke with at last weekend’s NHL Draft in Ottawa categorized Campbell to the Blackhawks as “probable” should he not re-sign in San Jose. Chicago has targeted a puck-moving defenseman — currently a deficiency — as a priority this summer, and Campbell’s the best on the open market.

Campbell is going to get huge money this off-season, and Chicago seems primed to make him a significant offer.

I have to be honest, Campbell is a talented defenseman who possesses many rare qualities of speed and skill but I was not overly impressed with his play during the playoffs.
