Why would the Panthers sign a veteran like Stillman? This team needs to completely rebuild from the ground up. They are a long way from competing for the Cup and a player like Stillman doesn’t really make sense for them. Unless the goal is to get to the minimum cap level, I don’t get this move.
He's closing in on his first game since January 13th.
