This story broke earlier on Sportsnet, with the opposite being reported.  However, this now clarifies the issue.  Hudler is gone to the KHL and the Wings have a big hole to fill now that his offense will be missing from the lineup.  I think most would agree that he was seen as a very good replacement for much of Marian Hossa’s offense.
