CapFriendly Report: Winnipeg Jets sign Saku Maenalanen to a one-year contract

Folks at CapFriendly reporting that the Jets have added some more Finnish flavour to the organization signing centre Saku Maenalanen to a one-year, two-way contract.

They reported the terms are:

NHL: $750,000
Minor: $225,000

He was originally a 2013 5th rounder of the Predators who came over to North America with Carolina splitting the 2018-19 season between the Checkers (31) and Hurricanes (34). He scored four goals and four assists during his time in the NHL.

He went back to Europe for the last three seasons.
