Bryan Little didn’t play last night against the Stars and there was some thought he could be in the lineup for the re-match tomorrow night in Dallas.
However coach Maurice indicated that “he has been going through a battery of tests and we got some results last night and there was a bit of a red flag in one of them. So he’s not going to travel today in order for him to test here either later today or tomorrow. Then we will proceed based upon those result.”
When asked if Little could join the team in Pittsburgh, coach Maurice confirmed that he could.
The Jets are already sparse at forward and can ill afford to be without #18 for too long. We will wait and see if the red flag that was raised has been resolved after tomorrow or if he will miss the Penguins game as well in Pittsburgh.
