Breaking News: Evander Kane has lower body injury, out till early February

Yesterday we were told that Kane was to be re-evaluated today.

He was not out for the morning skate which of course led to all sorts of speculation as to his status following the Jay Harrison shot he took off the right leg on Saturday night.

Coach Maurice just announced that the winger would be out with a lower body injury and will be lost to the team until early February.

Kane will now join Trouba and Stuart with an expected February return.  Tobias Enstrom and Zach Bogosian are expected to return sometime in January.
