One of the top blogs out there is Cult of Hockey. The blog is written by Edmonton Journal writer David Staples and focuses almost entirely on Oilers content. In my mind, this is one of the best hockey blogs on the internet. Staples knows his Oilers hockey and writes about the team and its performance in great detail. While he is not going to be writing as in depth about the playoffs, he is posting old articles from Edmonton’s 1990 Stanley Cup run each day. As I know Illegal Curve has a fair number of Winnipeg readers, former Jets fans may get a kick out of Dave’s current posting of articles from the Jets-Oilers 1990 first round playoff series.
