Blake Wheeler media availability on no longer being the captain of the Winnipeg Jets

Since August of 2016 Blake Wheeler has worn the ‘C’ for captain on his Winnipeg Jets uniform but he will not do so to kick off the 2022-23 campaign as the team made the decision to restructure the leadership group.  The Minnesotan spoke about this move today at the IcePlex.
