Note: Waking up this morning really has one wondering was anything about yesterday real? To recap we began the day with news that Bryan Little was done for the season, Andrew Ladd was scratched a few hours before the game against the Stars, then traded to the Chicago Blackhawks and the day ended with the last in the Central Jets knocking off a Stars team that is tops in the Western Conference. Didn't anticipate that when I woke up on Thursday. Note II: The Jets are scheduled to hit the ice today in Pittsburgh and practice at Consol Energy Center. Expect more Ladd trade reaction. Note III: The Moose have a pair of contests this weekend and will get ready with a practice at the MTS Centre this morning. They take on the Charlotte Checkers tomorrow at 7 pm and then Sunday at 2 pm. The Moose were also impacted by the trade as veterans Matt Fraser (44 games 5 goals 9 assists) and Jay Harrison (18 games 3 goals 2 assists) will head to Rockford to play for the Hawks AHL affiliate IceHogs.
