- CBC Sports notes that more games are going into OT/Shootouts this year. This must be the parity the NHL promised!
- Goon’s World has posted the USA World Junior roster. Pretty decent lineup, especially the defense.
- On Frozen Pond has an interesting story about the success of the Air Force Academy hockey team. Its nice to see some new contenders in the NCAA field.
- The Team Canada World Junior invites can be found here. Also a good looking bunch. Does Esposito make it?

- Does Brian Burke hold an anti-Euro bias? I think this is a non-starter. Like any other GM, he just wants to win.
