This is a couple days old, but Craig Custance (and others) have some cool ideas about spicing up the All-Star game. I like the idea of playing a shinny game, with captains selecting the team just prior to game time.
I found this story at Greatest Hockey Legends; a feature on former Maple Leaf Buzz Boll. He came from my home town and in addition to playing for the Leafs, was hired by Clarence Campbell to be a night watchman at the Garden’s building site.
